Who we are
NEVA Hospitality is a brand. Behind it, two companies with distinct roles: one owns the houses, the other sells and operates the stays. Every house we offer belongs to the group, its companies, subsidiaries or shareholders: we never market a property we do not own.
The brand. It brings the houses together, sets the standard and guarantees the same welcome from one address to the next.

A new chapter
In 2025, we wanted to take time for ourselves too, and to write a less industrial, more personal chapter that Karina could devote herself to fully. So Foncière Maya by CN was born, and with it NEVA: bringing together houses of character, in the heart of nature and close to everything.
CN TEXTIL AND CO
CN TEXTIL AND CO is an industrial textile group born in the Arve valley, manufacturing clothing wholesale. Know-how built piece by piece.
It is led by Anthony Nakoneczny Marin, third generation of a family of entrepreneurs from Sallanches.
